Time to Abandon the Opener

Is there any playoff teams using openers. Legit question ... I don’t remember seeing the good teams using openers except for the Rays.

Yankees have used them this year.

They have meetings with the catcher and pitching coach before each game.

SO, then there shouldn't be any issues! As the catchers call the pitches! They should know what is coming and after having caught the bullies. Then they should know who over throws their pitches and who knows what they are doing...
