Does anyone know what’s up with that big-ass scar on the back of La Stella’s head? Surgery of some kind?

I’ve tried googling it, but couldn’t find anything.

Damn, good call. Does look like a hair transplant scar. Blake Parker had the same thing too. Not sure why you'd go through the trouble of getting a hair transplant only to have your head shaved and the scar stick out like a sore thumb like that

It is a hair transplant scar.  I have seen them first hand and that's exactly what they look like.

If it’s truly from a hair transplant, I hope he sued the crap out of that doctor for leaving such a horrible looking scar. Dude looks like he was frankenstine’d.

If you notice he isnt bald.  Cant read his mind.  Maybe he met a hot girl who likes shaved head look.  However the scar looks exactly like a surgical hair stransplant.  I doubt a surgical scar would be so long.  And injury would be as neatly curved.

Or maybe he should sue the crap out of that doctor for having the hair transplant not take. After all, if the transplant took, you wouldn't be able to see the scar.
