So being that its 2018, and we get offended by everything, shouldnt we be shaming the women who did it, because they will only bathe and diaper change people with downs, not those who identify with it?

This:

Paul Anthony Menchaca, 31, allegedly posed as a woman named "Amy" to hire three caregivers to take care of her son with Down Syndrome. 

 

Doesn't make sense when you read this:

One woman told police she changed his diaper and helped him take a bath nearly 30 times over the summer. Then in July, two other people took over caregiving duties. All three said Menchaca would become sexually aroused as he was being bathed, according to police, the news station reported.
