Um switching to renewable energy is something that we should be aiming for. You know why... Because it's Facking renewable.

Yes but how? Sun sets every day. Winds stop blowing. Even harvesting the ocean currents will cause ecological problems and destroy ecosystems.

We should take steps, one of which is in sunbelt states no new homes can be built without solar energy systems. But for some reason none of the States governments seem to want to stick a fork in the utility companies pie. That's the first hurdle, not making an deadline for something that is dead stopped in it's tracks before it starts.

I'm not sure if this should be a federal issue or a state issue, but it seems silly to me that it isn't being used in more areas. With all the sunny weather we have here, it should be easy to put this type of solar energy into many, many more homes and businesses.

Today's tweet. She completely misunderstands the point of the article in The Nation that alleges accounting errors at the Pentagon. The Department of Defense hasn't spent $21 trillion in its entire history.

$21 TRILLION of Pentagon financial transactions “could not be traced, documented, or explained.” $21T in Pentagon accounting errors. Medicare for All costs ~$32T. That means 66% of Medicare for All could have been funded already by the Pentagon. And that’s before our premiums.
