Either way, an app doesn't insure that same barrista doesn't fuck up your order, they print out the drink order the same and glue it to the cup.

Did the hot cup have an Iced drink label on it or did the window server hand you the wrong order? Neither situation is App proof since the same system is in place for order implementation.

Yes, but mistakes don't happen only because of an app. I've ordered many times through the Chick fil A app, and can't remember them ever getting my order wrong.

I've cut down on fast food and stopped drinking soda a couple months ago. Started going to the gym again. I'm under 200 pounds for the first time in like seven years.
