I can go with three of the recipes. The Frittata is made with eggs and that is the fuzzy border for vegetarians. Surprised there isn't fish listed as well since many people who claim to be vegetarian have no problem eating them.

i'd eat any of them except the pasta dish since i'm no longer eating pasta. i'm not sure how much i'd enjoy the chickpea/cauliflower curry, either. not a big fan of either of those two.
