Angels are in the mix for Neftali Feliz, presumably on a minor-league deal.

@RobertMurrayFRS
Sources: RHP Neftali Feliz getting closer to signing. #SFGiants, #Cubs, #Braves, #Angels, #Reds, #DBacks are showing interest.

these next two weeks should be a beehive of activity. could be a lot of fun .

You would think, but I thought that would be the case the last two weeks.

There are so many guys still available who could be of help to the Angels. I hope Billy still has some budget space.

Dyson's likely going to be all about the money. He's been a 4th OF almost his entire career, he's into his 30s, and he already has a WS ring so no incentive for him to take a part-time role for less money on a contender. He can chase the highest offer if he wants.

I'd like to see a minors deal on one or two starters like Chris Tillman or Hector Santiago...if they'd take it.

The AAA rotation should have Barria, Tropeano, Lamb, Morales, Scribner but perhaps there is room for one more guy.

The Angels are very deep in possible starters, even without Meyer, but they almost all have health concerns.

1. Richards

2. Ohtani

3. Shoemaker

4. Skaggs

5. Heaney

6. Ramirez

7. Bridwell

8. Tropeano

9. Barria

10. Scribner

And then Minor League Depth  (I don't expect Canning to see the majors in 2018).

11. Morales

12. Lamb

13. Canning

14. Jewell

Cahill’s and Albers’ peripherals concern me.

They do need one more late innings guy.

I think they are pretty set in the pen:

Parker/Bedrosian/Johnson/Middleton = Closer or 8th innning guys

Alvarez/Bard/Pena/Paredes/Wood/Noe Ramirez/JC Ramirez/Gurka = other guys

But a minor league contract / bullpen or rotation depth guy like Santiago and Tillman, who can also pitch out of the pen makes sense to me.

They could also bring back Norris.
