My friend is at Ass't Pro at Goose Creek and said Adam's 8 iron, initially hit the cart path, but then bounced in the street and a car hit it and advanced it back on the fairway.  He said simply, "Pure shot!"

Which makes absolutely no sense because the marshals "go ahead" would be waiting on players and hand signals. If Sergio was hitting they would have had their hands up around Tiger and the gallery to quiet while Sergio was setting up to hit. It just doesn't make sense.

At the same time they keep showing the replay and the split screen and the crowd can be heard, but after Sergio swings.

brandon, I think this whole thing is completely overblown but I like it because it is great for golf.  Golf is always better when Tiger is playing well.

Agreed. I'm finding it to be like how Nascar peeps get into it in the pits just so they can have headlines. I find this overblown as well, but it was towards the top of sports headlines.
