No CJ Wilson rumors?

I never liked the guy and not interested in having him back but, wasn't the "official" story of him bailing in 2016 so he could get a contract this season?

Cause he sucks and is constantly breaking down and shows very little sac in wanting to battle through it?..Though some will argue well he pitched threw it for so long and he had a floating bone chip and tried to throw with it for half a season the year before blah, blah, blah... Dude is a china doll and would rather be doing anything but throwing a baseball for the Halos or anybody!

I think he cares more about his family and race cars now. Which is not a problem. I think he lost the drive to play baseball, mostly stemming from injuries.

When he stood up for Hamilton he probably raised a lot of eyebrows leaguewide. He's probably not on anyone's radar.

Wilson, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.  Wilson “isn’t on the verge of making a decision” about his next team, though the southpaw does intend to play in 2017 after being sidelined since July 2015 due to elbow and shoulder injuries.  Jackson notes that Miami had interest in Wilson the last time he was a free agent, prior to his signing a five-year, $77.5MM deal with the Angels following the 2011 season.

What's wrong with Wilson? his results here were always pretty legit. I doubt he wants to go play on the East Coast with so much of his life being on the West Coast. He can't control his freak injuries.

There's nothing 'freak injury' about two or three elbow surgeries and two or three shoulder surgeries in less than a decade.

Interesting, Miami also wanted Pujols, I believe they offered him more than the Angels (10 years $275 million.)

Wilson was also offered a lot more by Miami I think it was for 100+m. 

If I'm Angels what's wrong with offering him a 1 year deal,filled incentives, maybe working him out of the bullpen. Nothing that's going to hold down the franchise from making other moves and/or releasing him if it just doesn't work out

i'd be fine taking a look at him in spring training.  Some of you guys are real rough on this guy.  He mostly played well for us.  I believe that he was legit hurt.

offering him a mil+ incentives isn't going to hold the team back
