Either they're speaking sweetly to Greg Holland and Andrew Bailey to entice them to sign here, or Eppler's dark horsin' the Jansen, Chapman, Melancon market. Probably the former.

Bailey has the experience and was great down the stretch, Cam has the bloodlines, arsenal and dominant 2016. Street has the experience and paycheck. Ramirez has the arsenal.

But I guarantee, if this team still had Fernando Salas, Scioscia would make sure he was the closer.

No draft pick. Stud closer, but probably a tad overlooked with Jansen / Chapman out there. 

Street, Bailey, Cam, and Ramirez is a pretty nice 6th-8th inning bridge to Melancon.
