you can lay it out there all you want.  it's just math man.  they'd have to go like 44-16.  Think of it this way.  If the miracle is meant to be, we don't need to add anyone else.  Imagine how much more epic it would be if we traded Escobar, Santiago, Street, and Smith.  Now that would be craycray.

The 2006 Cards won the WS at 83-78 on the season.  Anything can happen!  The Halos can surge while the others regress. They're at a fortunate time that they can deal from one of their late innings relievers for a starting pitcher now and beyond this season.  

Would the Chisox give us Jacob Turner for Joe Smith at this time, for example?
