Help Me Figure Out Who This Angel Is

Hello all, I got sent this picture from a buddy and am trying to figure out who he is. Any help will be appreciated.

I think that's either Gary Matthews Jr. or Luis Polonia.

It's Ralston's brother Kohnston.  He was an ambidextrous pitcher who could throw 109mph with either arm.  He was actually a nihilist who is serving two consecutive life sentences for killing two batters in the same game purposefully.  He hit the first guy in the head and before he died, he hit the second guy.  The manager was actually afraid to take him out of the game because the entire team would have to subdue him.  He was actually quite fond of children though.
