He's been solid since that dreadful (and unlucky) April. As a whole he's been undoubtedly underwhelming, but I'm actually amazed he hasn't completely vanished yet after the way he looked in the first two years. 

He's still been basically a 250/25/100 guy consistently for half of his contract. If he can keep that up another 3 years it wouldn't have been all that bad.

His season line now stands at .251/.326/.432. Higher AVG/OBP than last year. One little HR streak and his numbers will be looking pretty good.
