Additionally, never mind that for the first time since the early 1960's, the homicide rate in the US is sub 5.0/100k.

 

If Juan ever gets to have an official title on the board, I'd like to nominate "General Anectdote" for consideration. It's not only a lofty title, but a good description of how he presents material.

This is a good point because having more intact families and less crime causes infant mortality and birth defects.
