She screwed over the HP stockholders as well as HP's most talented employees. The quality of their products massively deteriorated, HP lost a ton of marketshare to Dell and others, and company stock stagnated compared to others on the stock exchange and within the market. The only people who benefited from her tenure were Fiorina herself and a few select members of management. 

 

She also lost her bid for senate to Barbara Boxer (not exactly the most likely senator) by a very wide margin. I don't see her beating Hillary or whoever ends up winning the Dem nomination.
