I actually wish they'd refrain from dumping out the water cooler, just because of the drought. The contents of the Body Armour cooler certainly soak the player enough. But it's their game and their celebration, let them have fun the way they want.

The locker room celebration after winning the wild card game amuses me.  The team just won one game and has another in about 36 hours.

 

It's weird.  You don't see this wackiness in any other sport.  At least not as often.  It has to be a bit fake.  Mostly fake.

We've already seen a player land on the DL for post game celebration mishaps. I'm all good with smiles and high fives but this dogpile/jump up and down in unison thing is tired.

A few years ago Chris Coghlan tore up his knee trying to plant a shaving cream pie in the face of a teammate after a walk-off win.

 

He missed a lot of games over the next year or two, and has never regained his Rookie of the Year form.
