Comes this bumper sticker. Pathetic word play aside, she pays reverence to Ronald Reagan - the same President who invited members of the group we now know as the Taliban to the White House and compared them to America's founding fathers.

To be fair to Reagan I'm guessing the visit and his comment were during the Soviet war in Afghanistan during which the U.S. supported the recently formed Taliban. I wouldn't be surprised if 20-30 years from now the US is involved in some conflict with a group we armed and trained in the last 5-10 years.

I had a great deal of respect for Reagan. To this day he remains the only Republican I have ever voted for for president (I first voted in 1976, my 18th birthday was about two months after the 1972 election). However, Republicans seem to see him as some sort of invincible god who never made a mistake. Had a Democratic president done what Reagan did in Iran/Contra, Congress couldn't rush toward impeachment fast enough.
