Then again, I didn't believe that people would go to porn sites at work either, but at least two people I know of have been fired for spending hours on them after finding a way around the filters that IT put in place. I wouldn't know how to do that, and I wouldn't be interested even if I did.

To be fair it isn't her daughter's fault that she wasn't able to get married because of the draconian minimum age requirements for marriage. Plus also the inability and general frowning upon arranging marriages. At her age was she really expected to have waited?

back to the original idea in this thread, i gotta say i am greatly intrigued by the idea of a business person running the country. back in '92 ross perot was such an interesting candidate - he would have probably failed miserably in foreign relations, but his business ideas for fixing the economy were worth listening to. maybe that's the kind of person we need now instead of a career politician.

 

i don't know if carly fiorino is that person, but i'm willing to listen to her ideas.
