Anybody else watching this show?!  It's one of my guilty pleasures...

Kenny Powers is the star of his own universe as he tries to make a comeback to the Majors as a pitcher.  He has THE worst case of myopia you've ever seen, and no tact to go along with it.

I love the baseball scenes when he's always giving a pep-talk about how he's gonna save whatever team he's pitching for (It's so over the top; what I think Barry Bonds was always thinking...).

 

I just finished season 3, and am happy to report that season 4 is in the works.  Aprils' last line in the show kind of summed-up the whole series!  A solution so simple, that it never entered the mind of the great Kenny Powers... 

 

Where do you see the story going next season?  I think Kenny's gonna miss the lime-light and baseball, but he will have to make amends (to a lot of people).

If next season is a prequel, that would be great. I think it was running out of steam a bit by the end of last season. It's still my favorite comedy in years.

It's on HBO. The last season ended a few months ago. I don't know if they are currently airing reruns. The show is funny as hell, if you like crude humor. Kenny Powers is probably the biggest a-hole in the history of television.
