This guy also missed a perfect opportunity to make a public statement when the A-Rod situation was dominating the headlines a few weeks ago. He could have said something and been forgotten about by the next day.

I think it's a bad move unless he calls every single ticket holder and past ticket holders.

This is unheard of in the entertainment business. I'm wondering how the players feel about this. Does it put pressure on other PED users to make calls to the fans?

Now that I think about it I do remember getting a call from Miley Cyrus. She apologized for twerking on stage at the MTV music awards show.
