He has an OPS of close to 1.300 with RISP this year.  It takes adding like 4 Angels together to get that OPS with RISP.

When Anderson loses it he is just incredibly bad. He needs perfect control and deception on every pitch. Once his pitches lose movement/location it's like batting practice. Against good teams it's hard to survive.

You see how smart Astro hitters generally are. Not forcing things or over swinging. Going with the pitch when appropriate. Unlike some other teams.

Astros have a deep lineup full of hitters who know how to hit.

Angels have a patchwork lineup full of guys who don't have a clue half the time.

Big difference.

Oh, and our starting pitching is not so good.

This dude is good for pinch hitting with a right hander on the mound. His approach is truly awful
