Moustakas seems to have found his old power lately. Thaiss getting good wood on the ball lately. Cabbage seems to have gotten up to speed. Of course Sho-Time has been knockin em out like crazy lately...

Sandy and Detmers and Canning are pitching their best games lately...

With the returns of O'Hoppe and Trout and Drury and Rendon on the horizon... if just a couple of them can get hot too...

Should the Angels go on to win this game I'd love to see someone in the media actually headline the story by saying something like...  "Angels win despite Ohtani's 4HRs allowed and suckage on the mound", because lord knows anytime he does something and they lose they all have to make some sort of snarky comment.

Also, obligatory "Ohtani is trying to drive down his trade value" comment.

Ohtani obviously didn't pitch to his standards tonight but he gave up all solo home runs. Besides the back to back he recovered nicely after each one. I'll take that over walking the ballpark any day. Offense and bullpen need to go get him the win now!

Maybe with Trout coming back Angels trade Renfroe. Phillies looking for RH bat. Can always bring up Adell until Trout ready.

Man you are a million percent correct. They love having their poison pens ready when Ohtani has a big game and they lose. When Trout and Ohtani homer in the same game and they lose it's even worse.
