Because of yesterdays meltdown, this game has increased importance.  All the momentum of winning 3 of 4 against Texas will be lost.

Astros do not look like the powerhouse of recent years and Texas will probably cool off a bit. Division might be in reach and wild card is very hopeful, but we must bear down and focus. No more nonsense like yesterday's collapse.

Need to win today. No slacking like it's a cheap getaway game.

I can almost guarantee there will not be a loss as frustrating as yesterday's. Blowing an 8-2 lead in the 7th against the worst team in baseball.... those losses rarely happen

Momentum is a funny thing. The moment you think it's gone it came appear again. This is just another game.

This lineup is exactly why Minasian focused on depth instead of one bigger splash. It took some catastrophic misfortune to produce this lineup, not simply one injury but a collection of them simultaneously. 

You just can't plan for that. No one has THAT much depth. Hopefully the Angels only need to use them as everyday players for a little bit.

I've thought about that before, but Aybar offset his dumb mistakes with some fantastic - if oftentimes bizarre - plays.

Rengifo does not deserve to be compared to Aybar.
