I totally missed that.  When Rengifo lost the ball somewhere underneath him, that might have done it.

Ohtani may have a solid idea where every pitch he throws is going, but if someone else is throwing to him, he has seemed often clueless recently.

And walked around it a half dozen times and Canning yelled at him, "Your feet!" a couple times and he still didn't look straight down and see it. Maybe Canning told Nevin to replace him.
