Trout's batting .114 this month an OPS of .456. That needs turn around tomorrow. He's got a lifetime average of .329 at Globe Life Field.

Rendon is batting .077 with an OPS of .354 in the 4 games since he's come back. He's done this his entire stay with the Angels. Comes back from injury, and stinks. Gets hot after a couple of weeks of sucking, and then gets hurt again. Rinse, and repeat. Hopefully, he can cut down on the amount of days he normally stinks after returning from injury.

Walsh is batting .045 with an OPS of .283. He shouldn't be in the Major Leagues right now. If he is, then only as a defensive replacement. He's hitting that bad, and he's not even facing lefties.

Trout and Rendon need to start hitting. Walsh shouldn't be in the starting lineup at this point.

The good news is Drury, Ward, Moniak, Rengifo, Neto and Ohtani are all above their career averages in OPS this month.

Me and my boys were just talking today about how sad it is that we don’t get excited for Trout AB’s anymore.  In fact, it’s the opposite.

imo, the Angels don’t need to “make a statement” vs. Texas. They simply need to not shoot themselves in the foot vs. Texas.

They’ve won 6 of 7. Don’t undo that by losing 3 or 4 games to Texas.

I'm not conceding a damn thing, but at this juncture I'm watching the Jays and Yanks closer.

We're a game behind the Jays and 2.5 behind the Yanks..Sox have fell below .500 as well as the Mariners of course.

Lets hope that math starts to average itself out in the next four games for the Rangers.
