Isn't that what the Feds were doing though, sending plane loads of illegal aliens to various states? Why was that legal?

I agree that we should have selective prosecution and important people shouldn’t have to abide by the laws.  I’m also annoyed at this idea that the feds and the states have different rights and obligations.  WTF?
