Scheffler's foot movement in his swing is really working against him in the wet, slippery conditions. He seems to have stopped the bleeding from the opening bogeys but it will be a big challenge for him to score birdies today. he has gone from stomped down rough with a muddy ball to the deep rough around the green. He again has to scramble for par.

That was a very me type shot by Conners.  He was having quite a round too.

I just told my wife that “hey, I’ve hit that exact same shot out of a bunker before” also @gotbeer.

sucks a bit because Koepka is playing out of his mind right now.

He is still in the hunt at least though, and still a lot of golf to play.  But he has to do a Tiger and erase it from his memory.  A lot easier said than done.

I’ve got a feeling that Koepka is going to win this going away.  Hovland is a notorious choker on Sunday, and Scheffler just can’t get the putter hot enough to get close.

If he keeps hitting it like the first two holes.  But even I can do well on 2 holes, it's 18 that's hard.

I honestly think what happened to Koepka at The Masters had a lot to do with Greg Norman and the whole LIV shit.  Norman made it a spectacle, saying if a LIV golfer wins, there was going to be this big ass celebration on the 18th hole, and put undue pressure on Koepka to win.

This week, Norman has kept his mouth shut, stayed out of the press and I honestly think that has helped Koepka mentally.  He has a completely different game face today than he did on Masters Sunday.

Of course, he’s not going head to head with Rahm this week, but he still looks mentally dialed in and I think that has a lot to do with Norman staying the fuck away and letting him play golf.

That last day just didn't set up for Koepka at all with his knee issues.  Plus the 54 hole setup in LIV.  I don't remember how many, but I think he had quite a bit of holes to play from round 3 on Sunday, then get right back out there to play 18 of round 4.
