In brea D’vine is a good Arabic restaurant.  Palestinian family owns it.  Skaf’s in Glendale is Lebanese.  Has got to be one of the best in so cal as far as Arabic food goes.  I can’t really think of any that I know are being run by Syrian folks.  Anyway, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan. The cuisine is more or less the same.  Slight  variations on certain dishes.
