When I saw they were going to IBB Pedroia to get to Ortiz I thought to myself "Wow, what a total Scioscia move this is."

Ron Washington beat him to it. I believe this was the first time a batter was walked intentionally to get to Ortiz.

Not much difference there.

He is not a fan of Brian Matusz of all people.  1 for 15, 10 strikeouts.  That's nuts.  Stole a base against him, though, as he has against CJ Wilson.

If it wasn't for Napoli bending us over every chance he gets, we would not have Hamilton, or maybe even Pujols.

 

Naps embarrassed  the Angels and quietly enraged Arte enough to make two signings that showed fiscal irresponsibility.
