nope. truth be told, we hardly ever have tofu.

we'll have mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, green beans (not the casserole), a cheesy acorn squash dish that's amazing, meatloaf made with a vegetarian burger substitute (similar to beyond meat), and sweet potatoes that are seasoned with brown sugar and oranges. for dessert we have pear crisp - this is amazingly good with a scoop of vanilla. we ditched all pies about 5 years ago.
