Piping in crowd noise was the right call. It's super weird when the crowd "reacts" to plays, but it makes me think of playing MLB the Show. 

 

For Angels games they should just loop @tdawg87 yelling "I'll be in my bunk" over and over again.

I play a lot of MLB The Show and I hate the fake crowd sounds. It just doesn't feel authentic.

The crowd noise in SD is pretty accurate. I just heard someone snoring.

I think the most jarring thing is it sounds like they are still playing music as if they are interacting with fans (Like they played "We Will Rock You" earlier) like its obviously fake, but I think no "white noise" would be even weirder.
