I get that this is a team we should beat, but even when we were playing well in recent years, the Royals always seemed to have our number, much like the Blue Jays. So to see us dominating them this weekend feels extra good. Hell half way through this game we were being no hit and yet still winning. That's a good sign that we maybe have turned a corner.

That's true. I've also long given up expecting miracles and have lowered my expectations to wanting the occasional not 1-2-3 inning. I find I've enjoyed the games a lot more. This one is making me downright giddy.
