The woman suffered from pancreatic cancer for nearly 20 years. Her vendors incurred multiple cancellations because she was either getting treatment or recovering from. That's just the way it is.

You are a stupid little shit sometimes. I was gone for four months from bladder cancer and, yes, it did fuck over my clients because they depended upon me to deliver shows and it caused them more time and money using another source. It wasn't intentional but it was not avoidable.

That's your job and I'm sure your employer understood your health issues. Aretha just straight up didn't pay people she owed. People in the motor city thought she was a joke but feel free to compare your situation with her's even though they have very little in common.
