Sen. Joni Ernst pushes closure of Nancy Pelosi Federal Building due to San Francisco crime

In early August, the Department of Health and Human Services warned workers to steer clear of the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building “for the foreseeable future” over safety concerns, including a proliferation in drug dealing outside the facility. 

On Wednesday, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) suggested workers relocate to other government facilities in the Bay Area where they won’t be “fearing for their lives.”

“Working at a Department of Health and Human Services building shouldn’t be a risk to your health or life, but it is now due to former Speaker Pelosi and the other liberal politicians that have allowed criminal chaos to overtake the streets of San Francisco,” Ernst said in a statement to The Post.

Police said 44-year-old Marco Antonio Magallon, 26-year-old Luis Deleon Woodward, 25-year-old Jorge Luis Amador and 32-year-old Santos Alisael Aguilar Maya have ties to a Mexico-based transnational criminal organization. 

Police had a search warrant on the defendants’ motel room and two trucks. They located and took eight 55-gallon barrels containing approximately 370 gallons of a liquid narcotic weighing 1.4 metric tons.

Gov. Kathy Hochul left the wake for slain NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller Friday afternoon after a tense confrontation with another man in attendance.

Hochul arrived at the Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island for the second day of viewings around 1:45 p.m.

She was only in the venue for about 10 minutes before she was spotted in a clash with a man in a black suit, video shows.

Several cops waiting outside the funeral home then clapped as he walked away.

it turns out this holiday has been always on the 31st for some years now, and coincidentally, this year only, Easter shares that same day

I agree it isn't really a story as nobody gives a shit about Trans Visibility Day. Why not have Trans day on a date that isn't anywhere close to Easter or any other holiday? Maybe July 15th?

We Christians should get together and give Easter a consistent day every year rather than it being based on moon cycles or whatever.
