My point was politics was a good enough reason but checking if a dude is a rapist isn't.

If Swetnick was of legal age and went to these parties where minors were being raped, and failed to report these crimes, isn't that a crime in itself?

What is a college sophomore doing hanging around with 15 and 16 year olds?

Why did she continue to attend these parties??

If these 'rape parties' went on every weekend and involved multiple girls, did any of them eventually get pregnant? How many sexually transmitted diseases? How many weeks or even years did these gang rape events continue? Are we talking about potentially hundreds of victims, and nobody but Swetnick has reported this, 36 years later on the eve of a Supreme Court confirmation?? Nobody else ever mentioned these orgies? Families in the dark about all this? It just defies belief and common sense.
