Offseason NOT spending on relief is also not working - see us.

Shoe and Meyer to the pen, that plus signing one closer and one multi-innings guy might energize the pen.   Only the closer would require significant money.  This team desperately needs a closer for 2019 and beyond.

Yep. On the one end of the extreme is the Rockies, and on the other end is us. Both strategies don't work.
