Ohtani didn't pitch well, showed flashes but he always will with his stuff. Over 2 WHIP is not good, it wasn't solely the ump.

Oh...just checked the schedule. Ohtani’s next 3 starts (assuming he pitches every Tuesday): in Coors Field, vs Houston, and then at Toronto.

He’s being fed the toughest schedule. How stupid are the Angels? Give him some easy games.

wtf, we didn't bring him over to pad his stats. He's supposed to be a frontline pitcher, Bum/Kersh/or any top pitcher would want the toughest opponents.

Nah. This schedule is brutal. The Angels should let him build confidence instead of giving him the toughest lineups and parks.

well someone is going to have to pitch those games, everyone on the staff is low on confidence they all need a boost. This isn't the LA Ohtani's it's the LA Angels. Some people on here want Ohtani to do well above all else, if the Angels won but he sucked and went back to Japan I honestly think they would stop following the team.

 If he's good, it doesn't matter who he pitches against. And if these are the better teams, who do you want facing them? Your better pitchers or the guy who's scuffling? Your point is dumb.
