Funny you should ask. One of the teachers my wife worked with was vegan and kept feeding her cat a vegan diet and it was constantly sick and at the Vet. The Vet finally told her she is killing her cat, give the animal what animals eat. She didn't and the cat died about two months later at the age of three years.

some aspects of a vegan diet are good, mainly the clean eating parts. but there are lacking natural nutrient areas. I wish I could consume some semblance of a vegan diet for a month just to get the better skin, hair, and nails.

having done keto for a bit the differences in eating shit and clean are ridiculously noticeable.

as to the video, I was hoping when I heard the sound crunch that the semi actually ran over these assholes. that protest looked as big as Brian's angels name change protest.
