I certainly hope Angels fans outnumber New York expats tonight. I heard about those MVP chants for His Honor last night.

Kind of weird that the Yankees' big new bomber is from a river island near Stockton and the Angels' (injured) main hammer is from the Joizey shore.

He's from Linden, a farming town in the north SJ Valley, and went to Fresno State. He's been big news around my parts for a while. Most people had never heard of him until he started jacking em out in The Bronx.
