Lessons to be learned from the email leaks

1. But yeah seriously don't host your own email server. Just don't do it. No matter how tempting all those hours of headache and misery sound.
2. Email isn't secure no matter what you do
3. If it's sensitive, encrypt it
4. Seriously, are we still using email?

They aren't leaks.  They are theft.

They are leaks that led to theft. However considering how abundant thievery is on the interwebs we have to narrow down the terminology so we can talk intelligently about it.

They are thefts that lead to leaks.

I can't believe our government or anyone in such high places uses email like that.
