I do not, but the seasons where there aren't playoff expectations and the team ends up contending turn out to be the ones that are the most fun. 2014 was great since I don't think even the most optimistic Angels fan saw the team finishing with the best record in MLB.

Trout, Calhoun, Simmons, Richards, and Heaney are the players that I see providing the most value to the team this season and beyond. Street and Smith are a reliable backend to the pen and Pujols and Escobar are slightly better than average. Rest of the roster is a bunch of question marks IMO(Gia, LF situaton, Cron, Catcher situation, middle relief, bottom half of the rotation and whoever ends up filling those roles)

 

I have high hopes for Skaggs but he's likely going to be on an innings limit this year

It's not surprising, considering Trout is worth more WAR than other team's outfields by himself.

Trout in CF and a GG in RF is all we need to have the best OF in terms of WAR and that's without a LF at all. So far Nava is making me forget we didn't get a star FA to play LF. I hope I can say the same in July.

The Nationals could just run Harper out there and we lose

It remains to be seen if Harper can repeat the incredible season he had last year. To increase one's BA by almost 60 points over the average of your previous three seasons screams "outlier season".

 

Heck, it remains to be seen if he can even stay healthy for consecutive seasons.

 

He also hit HRs at a rate almost double of his previous three seasons last year.

 

Harper just hasnt strung together more than one great season the way Trout has.
