1.  They don't figure out how to communicate with the guy.

2.  They accept a plea deal while knowing the "reportedly" stolen item had been found by its owner

3.  They refuse to overturn the conviction "because it was filed too late".

unreal.  Absolutely un****ing real.  I mean I get it, rules are important but how in the world is this acceptable?

Ok, so you have rules.  Simple solution.  Appoint an attorney, and let them handle it.  Even Saul would have gotten him out that day.

Miranda says if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you. It's equally shameful it took two whole days for that to happen.

And what about the jail/lockup not doing their due diligence? What a nightmare.

I would love to see them try to defend this in court to justify why they held an innocent man in jail.
