I'm stuck on the ucla smu game. My heart says smu but ucla is motivated imo. All the talk that they don't belong. I think the bruins can make a run here.

Looney had the rebound and was 2 feet away to tie.

I thought Welsh played well while Parker laid another egg.

Alford was awesome.

Glad Powell's career doesn't end with the bad taste of dribbling the ball off his foot.

Section 34. Goaltending

Art. 1.

Goaltending shall have occurred when a defensive player touches

the ball during a field-goal try and each of the following conditions is met:

: Rules 10-3.6; 10-6.1.i

a.

The ball is in its downward flight; and

b.

The entire ball is above the level of the ring and has the possibility,

while in flight, of entering the basket and is not touching the

cylinder.

 

 

Definitely got away with one there. Judgement call (not reviewable), not always obvious from the angle seen from the refs. Fun to watch the jackasses on tv  get all upset about it though.
