I don't know what your solution is. It's not like we have Babe Ruth buried at eight in the lineup. Calhoun is best batting first and Trout works best either second or third. He could move down, but really the problem remains the same (Pujols would still have to bat behind Trout) and all that would do is reduce Trout's ABs.
