I like wording, "as it currently exists".   They have new and improved software on the latest Cray computer to take it's place.

barry told us several times that they were not spying on regular americans. the only confidence i have in him is that his term will end in three years and he'll leave the white house.

I can't get past the irony of Barry ending surveillance of NON-AMERICAN allies in an attempt to reassure Americans the Feds aren't spying on them. 

 

This benefits foreigners more than it does Americans.
