A-Rod Suing MLB

As much as I dislike Yankee fans, too bad the Yankee fans can't file a class action lawsuit against AROID for fraud.  AROID fraudulently represented himself to the fans as a clean, honest homerun hitter and they bought tickets to see him in his juiced state.

How great would it be if AROID could lose his entire MLB salary to the fans......love it.   If he loses his millions:  no more getting fed popcorn by a A-list celebrities, and no more hunting down one night stands in the crowd near the dugout at MLB playoff games, LOL.

Perfect end to this crappy saga. Bud Selig and A Rod should be joined at the hip. Really kind of wish A Rod wins and makes baseball pay for allowing steroids to go on and on. But only after congress got involved did they say stop. Baseball and A Rod are two of the biggest hypocrites alive.

What role does the MLBPA have in this?  Remember, they refused drug testing.  Pinning all of this on Selig is foolish.

I think he has some winnable points, the most pertinent is Bosch selling what should be considered confidential client information. The MLB office may have over stretched their legal rights of investigation. They have already violated the collective bargaining agreement by releasing A-Rods name in a previous drug test. This seems to be a continuation of reckless behavior in order to grab headlines.

But you can argue that Bosch isn't a medical facility.  They are a nutritional supliment and wellness facility.  Client confidentiality might not apply.

This would be like saying GNC sold their list out, when we all know they do.

As such, I don't believe that HIPAA laws apply to them. They have to be licensed to deliver medical services for them to be subject to HIPAA, AFAIK.

Which makes Alex Rodriguez's claim that he believed that Biogensis was a legitimate doctor's office all the more laughable.
