I take that quote as basically saying Felix is a really good pitcher who is not easy to scout and is able to make adjustments quickly.

I wouldn't say we own Felix but he does not dominate us like he does other teams. Am too lazy to look it up but I believe we have a winning record against him over his career. He just tends to allow us what we need to win. Am not sure why we don't just roll over for him like we do so many others.
