I think Nataneal Delgado's stat line tells the whole story:

.311/.298/.511

Extremely raw with no idea of the plate, but massive power.  Slugging over .500 as a 17-year-old in the AZL is pretty impressive.  Especially for a guy who doesn't know English and skipped the DSL entirely.  If he keeps up, I could see him in Low-A next year as an 18-year-old.  I remember the last time our Low-A affiliate had an 18-year-old outfielder......

Michael Fish is hitting .382 with an OPS at about 1.100.  He is kinda old (22) but c'mon he's an outfielder with the last name of Fish...

A great talent but still doesn't measure up to what Trout and Grichuk did as 17/18 year olds in Arizona.

That says a lot that a 17 year old kid skipped the DSL entirely.  The organization must think rather highly of him.  But 0 BB so far, I think the Angels will probably hold him down in Rookie Ball for another year or two until he becomes a more polished hitter.  Wouldn't want him being severely exposed against pitchers that will throw around him and make him chase.  That could just kill his confidence.  He's so young, time is on his side.  Let him develop slowly.

Plus, did Manny Ramirez always have good patience, or was he aggressive too when first debuting in pro ball?

Always, but he was also 19 when he made his pro debut.   Thing about Manny, he went from rookie league to High A as a 20 year old and posted an 881 OPS in a league where the optimal age was 22 and the average OPS was .715
