Off topic regarding Tustin hangars, but maybe related to the Halos

Both iconic Tustin hangers are being taken down this morning, via burning the inside to collapse them.

Step one of potential Halos move to Tustin?

Obviously nothing even close to decided on future Halos location, but if Tustin was the #1 choice ultimately, this helps to clear space for a new stadium.

Now I’m hearing that it may have been an accidental fire being fought.

Ok fellas, i did some digging. The hangars are not scheduled by the County on their property policy nor are they owned by the City of Tustin. They are owned by the US military. Cause of the fire still unknown, i'll keep an eye out.

I'm curious why you thought a fire that was reported for hours as just a fire was a deliberate act to remove the hangars?

Your digging sucks.  The North hangar, owned by the NAVY, is the one that burned.  The City of Tustin owns the south hangar, which is seen in movies and commercials. 

The north hangar was damaged a decade ago and has been closed.  The usable south hangar is still standing.

The hangar still standing is home to the Goodyear blimp.   Would be a great spot for a stadium.  My son’s school is on the property.
