Truth.   And the main culprits were the starting pitchers who have been awful.

If only we had people in the dugout, something like a manager, or a coach, something like that, whose job it was to develop players and help them perform at a higher level.  But alas, we have a guy who is afraid of not being retained so he’s incapable of doing the work needed to improve performance.
